Shipping and Returns

Shipping 

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for us to process your order.  We do not process orders or ship out on weekends or on holidays.  Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting on the next business day.

If you choose expedited shipping, it will still take 24 to 48 hours to process your order.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military bases.

At this time we do not sell or ship items to International addresses.

Rates

All shipping fees and rates are subject to change without notice  

All packages shipped USPS are charged a flat rate.

UPS fees are determined by weight of the package.

Address Corrections

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or fees charged by the delivery company for address corrections.

Please double check both your shipping and billing address before finalizing your order.  Mistakes in billing and/or shipping address will cause delays in processing your order.

The customer is responsible for any fees associated with an address correction after the item has been shipped.  If you realize you have made an error, but have already finalized your order, please contact support@almostfamouspiercing.com, include the order number and explanation.  If your order has not already shipped, we can help you.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays including but not limited to: delays caused by weather, lost or stolen packages, incorrect shipping or billing address, declined method of payment, or if there is not an adult available or willing to sign for the package at the delivery address.

General  Returns 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns for body jewelry or aftercare products.  All items must be new and unused, in original, sealed packaging.

Returns not accepted after 15 days from original purchase date.

We do not refund shipping charges.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for items purchased in our online store at any Almost Famous Body Piercing location.

Store Credit and Exchanges

Store credit or exchanges are made under some circumstances.  Returns and Exchanges require pre-approval.  If your product arrives damaged, or you receive an item you did not order, or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, contact us at support@almostfamouspiercing.com.  Please include your order number and a short explanation. 

Store Credit for the cost of the item only will be issued to your store account.  We do not refund shipping charges.  Online store credit can not be used at Almost Famous Body Piercing locations.

Exchanges may be issued if an item arrives damaged or a wrong item was sent.
